Jean has nearly thirty years' experience in leadership, training and management appointments both overseas and in the UK . She has an MBA, BSc and Diploma in Management and recently left the Army as the most senior serving female officer in all 3 UK Armed Services. She is insightful, commercially aware, and an excellent facilitator, trainer and coach with a successful track record.

An experienced HR Director, her focus with clients is on developing effective and practical leadership and management development programmes that deliver enhanced capability and sustained change. She believes that coaching can help you achieve what you want, find the answers you need and construct an action plan that will help you deliver your goals. She knows that coaching compels you to explore your own potential, overcome the excuses and realise the success you deserve.

Jean believes that coaching helped her define where she wanted to go and it got her there faster and more easily than if she had worked on her own. She works hard with her clients to help them achieve success. "Coaching is about 'the now and the future'.  It's about breaking down barriers that prevent change from happening and creating the ideal environment for positive action to take place".

She has worked with Henley Management College, Birmingham Business School, Cranfield University, HMRC, BAeSystems, LGA and IDeA and has recently been elected as an Associate Fellow at SAID
Business School Oxford University where she coaches senior executives and facilitates on leadership development programmes. Jean also lectures at the Chartered Management Institute on the Management Diploma courses.

Jenny started her first career as an officer in the British army after graduating from Sheffield University and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Her six years military service gave her a sound foundation in leadership, administration, training and management. Her final posting (an operational tour working as a liaison Officer to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Bosnia) fully tested all of these skills plus diplomacy, co-ordination and tenacity and culminated in her being awarded a Queen's Commendation for Valuable Service. Embarking on a second career in her early 30's Jenny applied her management and administrative experience in both the public and private sectors. She has worked as a business, facilities and project manager and has been responsible for reviewing performance, developing and improving service delivery and management methods across a multi million-pound organisation. As a trainer, she has developed and delivered a variety of training modules to junior and middle managers including leadership, communications, administration and management of both resources and people.

Jenny's expertise ranges from pinpointing critical behaviours for top performance to highlighting key motivators and overcoming barriers to achieving goals. She helps leaders and managers at both the strategic and practical level - identifying and facilitating the steps necessary for the leader, their team, and their organisation to develop. As a consultant she has been particularly successful working with individuals & organisations improving their performance delivery, monitoring and management systems.

She is passionate about results and develops tailor-made programmes for all her clients that suit their needs to achieve amazing goals. As an NLP Master Practitioner, she is assertive, encouraging, gentle, focused, and not afraid to take risks and experiment.  Jenny is uncompromising in the standards she sets herself and exacting in the results she demands for her clients, not afraid of working hard she believes that if something is worth having it is worth working for.
